That was enjoyable. Really like how all the levels are unique and how you use a narrator to guide you through them. Only suggestion would be more sound effects for things like picking up the hat and tiles disappearing. Other than that, just wish there was more levels. Good job!

mattinjersey responds:

thanks for playing! You are right about the music. I would like to add more levels but each level takes me about 2 weeks... so we have to see if people are interested!

It's got potential, but would need a bit of work. Some of the graphics do look a bit out of place and without consistency. It's a downside to sourcing them from different places. It doesn't really ruin anything, it's just noticeable. The movement of the frog felt smooth and I didn't find any issues with it. Would just suggest letting the R key restart the level in addition to the button. Not sure if I solved the second level correctly, I just jammed the snake thing into a wall with a box and didn't need the portals at all. It'd need a lot more levels before I'd consider buying it. Will say though, each level is really unique and if you kept that up, it could be a great game. It was genuinely fun to play and I'd love to see it developed further.

Thanks for sharing your opinion of the game.

Everything you say about art is true, I will try to correct this problem in future projects.

The key suggestion is good, I had not thought about it, I will definitely do it.

For me the difficulty in a level is based on how many different ways there are to solve it, if there is only one way to solve it, the level is difficult, if there are several the level is easy. There are other elements that add to the difficulty, but to answer your question, you only found one of the ways to solve it, not the most obvious, but you found the most comfortable for you.

Thank you very much for your time for my worth gold

Had fun with this. The car felt smooth and easy to control. If you wanted to expand it, maybe add other objects to knock you off course or different map layouts.

FunBot responds:

thanks - I agree - I will have to start again because I don't have the code anymore - glad you like it

Fun if you like maths, which I do. It's the sort of thing you might expect to see being used in education. It'd have been nice if it let you choose which direction to spin, it can get a bit tedious having to spin it all the way around just to go back one place.

Edit: Yeah, having separate left and right spin buttons would work better.

BlueStarGeneral responds:

Maybe a spin left, or spin right button instead of the spin button?

So... you're a cat shooting fish at affectionate dogs in the middle of a hurricane... who's the mad genius that came up with that idea? Love it! Did have at problem at the end where twice I got stuck bouncing between dogs and the ceiling, unable to move or shoot the house. Other than that, just wish it had more levels. Great game!

MissingTheMoon responds:

Thank you for the feedback and kind words :) The mad genius behind the story is her: https://www.instagram.com/aezylhazel/ She always comes up with crazy stuff

It's not a bad start. The controls feel smooth and the levels are fun to play. It definitely needs to be longer and have sound added to it. You just have to keep gathering feedback, updating it, and it'll improve over time.

RetroveGames responds:

Thank you for you review =)

A simple but fun little game. It'd have been interesting to see what else you could have done with it if you'd had more time.

ZenoGameDev responds:

Thank's for the reply. I'm actually thinking about extending the concept of this game which you controls two different characters with the same button.

Liking the minimalistic look and pleasant soundtrack. It's a bit shot, but fun to play nonetheless. It'd be great if you added more levels in the future.

nvqenn responds:

I definitely will. Thanks for the kind words.

A nice fun tower defence game. I'm always a fan of games that have simple, bright and appealing aesthetics. The difficulty progressed nicely as well, 50 waves seemed just about right.

The only problem I had was sometimes when trying to upgrade or sell a tower, it selected the tower under the button instead of clicking it. A similar thing happened on the victory screen where I couldn't click either of the buttons because it just kept selecting the towers under them.

All in all a satisfying game, good job!

Wombart responds:

Thank you for the feedback and the bug report, the bug is now fixed.
